How It Works

The strain gauge detects mechanical deformation (bending or pressure), which causes a change in electrical resistance. This change is interpreted by the Wheatstone bridge circuit and amplified by the onboard signal amplifier to provide a smooth analog voltage, proportional to the applied force or weight. Connect this signal to an ADC input of your microcontroller to read and process the data.
